Change is one thing, in life, that is promised. Everything changes at some point. Even when people say "well that person/thing hasn't changed", is that really true? Or could it be that your perception of them or that thing hasn't changed? Change will always occur, in every aspect of life. Have you ever had to deal with negative people? Like the nasty type? We all have at some point, but do you react out of the initial emotion that surfaces or do you take a moment before you react?  Sometimes it's just habit to react in the same attitude that has been brought to you. Is it something materialistic or is it an experience you had that had nothing to do with an object?  Majority of people put their happiness into the 'things' they have. When things don't happen as you planned, how do you react? Do you get disappointed for a moment and then go about your day or do you allow your day to be ruined by this experience? Our thoughts hold so much power. So what thoughts do you think you have that are holding you back from achieving your greatness? We have enough influence from social media, TV, magazines, etc, that tell us what is acceptable and what isn't. This misinformation plants seeds into our thoughts.
