SHIPPING/PICKUP
Packages are shipped through standard shipping and is done between 1 to 5 days (Monday through Friday). This means that your order will be delivered to the shipping facility within that time. This does not indicate that you will be receiving your order within that time. Pickup is done either at the location of where the products are made or at one of our market locations. (contact us for further details)
WHAT IS THE COST FOR SHIPPING?
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, we use Canada Post for all shipping needs.
All orders above $100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING, which means you will not need to pay for shipping. Otherwise, our standard shipping rate applies.
If you come across an item that is listed as FREE you will only need to pay for the shipping cost to your address.
If your purchase is a mix of FREE and regular priced items, you will be responsible for the priced items and shipping costs.
There are NO REFUNDS for orders. If a product arrives damaged, due to the courier handling, it is your responsibility to submit pictures/video proof. We will replace the damaged item.
HOW AM I ABLE TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You are able to track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent when order was shipped out. You can also contact us below if you have any questions.
After an order has been placed, you should be receiving your order within 1-2 weeks. With courier delays, this process may be delayed even longer. If your order has taken longer than 3 weeks, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help track your package.
DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
Evolve Within Ltd. does not ship internationally, due to the fact of the products being hand crafted, we cannot guarantee the quality of product when it comes to shipping internationally.
WHY WAS I CHARGED X.XX IN MY CURRENCY AND $XX.XX APPEARS ON MY INVOICE?
Our website can only process orders in CAD, even if the currency may be displayed based on where you are shopping from.
HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Evolve Within Ltd. adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 256-bit encryption technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments (This is the same technology used by large banks to keep your information secure).
Also, our website is McAfee Secure Certified. This certification is only earned after rigorous testing has revealed that there are no malware or malicious links and no phishing on the website. It also validates that the SSL Certificate on this website is valid.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
HOLDING CUSTOMER ORDERS
We are only able to hold your order for you, after you have made the purchase. We do not offer services to hold your orders for long periods of time, due to the nature of the products being natural and handcrafted upon receiving the order. Please be mindful to pickup your order in a timely manner. If pickup has been neglected by the customer for a long period of time, Evolve Within Ltd., is not responsible for the changes of consistency within the products.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY FOR PICKUP?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email/text/DM to notify you that your order is ready for pickup. Due to high volumes of orders, pickup orders may not be fulfilled within 24hrs of order placed. This also includes holidays and long weekends.
