Purchase & Shipping Info

Once your order has been placed, be aware that your order may take between 1-3 business days to fulfill.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive the shipping confirmation email and may take within 24-48 hours for tracking info to be available. 

Expect your order to arrive within the estimated date chosen at checkout. This may be subject to change due to any health regulations (ie. covid-19) and/or shipping carrier delays/strikes.

If your order is over the calculated estimated time a week or two, please feel free to contact us below so that we can get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.

 

Returns

**ALL SERVICES AND UNSEALED PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.**

FOR SERVICES: THE GUIDELINES AS TO BOOK BEFORE PURCHASING SERVICES ARE LISTED UNDER EACH SERVICE.

At Evolve Within, we prioritize hygiene and safety. As such, please note that we do not accept returns for any opened products as a precautionary measure. Kindly note that containers and/or any other received products that may have arrived in a damaged condition can only be exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs that they have paid in the initial order, including any international orders.

ALL sale items are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned for exchange or refund. Once placed, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
