Once your order has been placed, be aware that your order may take between 1-3 business days to fulfill. When ordering products from our Brand Product line, fulfillment of your order may take between 3-5 days, due to the nature that our products are handcrafted and are made to order.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive the shipping confirmation email, it will take within 24-48 hours for tracking info to be available.
Expect your order to arrive within the estimated date chosen at checkout. This may be subject to change due to any covid-19 regulations. and/or shipping carrier delays.
If your order is over the calculated estimated time a week or two, please feel free to contact us below so that we can get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.

All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs that they have paid in the initial order, including any international orders.
