Evening Reflection for June 21, 2020

Do you only reach out to God when you need something or do you connect daily with gratitude for everything that happens? I used to pray only when I wanted God to fix something in my life or because I wanted something. And when it didn't happen how I wanted it to, I started to lose faith that God wasn't listening. I was very selfish.⁣ Years ago I became aware that many people reached out only when they needed something from me. Reflecting that I was treating God the same way. I decided to show more appreciation and gratitude for all that God has provided me on a daily basis and I started to connect daily. I noticed a huge...

Do you truly own up to your faults or is it just easier to blame your reactions on others? I had a habit to blame my attitude on others. How they mistreated me was the reason I was the way I was. Until I owned up to my truth that how I may have reacted, with attitude, was the actual problem. We don't have control over how people act, but we do have control over how we react towards others. When we focus on the experiences that may have caused us pain, we actually block ourselves from remembering the blessings that also came out of that experience.⁣ Holding onto what no longer serves us only keeps us in that same energy. By holding onto those painful memories, how would you expect to attract positive energy? It's time to let it go. It's served it's purpose. That's why it's in the past. Reflect on the lessons it taught you and use the wisdom to move forward. TO BROWSE...

Evening Reflection for June 17, 2020

How do you give back to your community for all the blessings God gas given you? Community can be in any way. It's easy to just say thank you, but there are plenty of other ways to give back to show how grateful you are for what you have.⁣⁣I have always been someone to give to others, now learning how to accept receiving from others also. I have a thing of always giving away clothes. I tend to buy clothes thinking that I will wear or outgrow the style. I've given clothes away to so many people over the years. Another way I give back is just being a friendly ear to those who reach out to me. I've dealt...
