Do You Have A Goodness Allergy?

There are people out here who have a “goodness allergy.” They are so focused on the negative that they don’t even notice how good they may actually have it. They don’t expect anything good would happen to them. They even come up with stories to justify why “good” can’t happen for them.

Being allergic to good leaves you dwelling on your past. You stay stuck, consumed by the pain of your past. In fear that maybe you don’t even deserve anything good. Or maybe, if you allow the good to happen, you won’t have anything to complain or be negative about. If everything is “good” that could mean you are happy. Oh no!!!!!
There’s no need to be in victim mode. It truly isn’t serving you towards your growth. You’ve been living in fear that you aren’t good enough, long enough. You have become comfortable holding onto the pain of your past. You know you deserve to be happy. You know you want to feel “good.”

Your Journey is a reflection of what you plant.
