Ever notice the difference between what you feel and what you think? Joy, a sense of knowing, and love are ways that you FEEL. Happiness, believing, and desire are ways that you THINK. How you feel is controlled by your thoughts. How you think are controlled by your perception of how you view your experiences in life. Do you understand the cycle now?
Don't wait for outer experiences to define how you FEEL. Yes, many experiences will give you a sense a joy but that is all your perception of how you want to feel. If something upsets you, you are reacting with the perception of being upset. If you chose to not change your emotion from happy to sad, then the experience has no power.
This is why I say that how you feel will attract your experiences. Because no matter the outcome, what matters is your perception of the experience that will make you feel a certain way. So remember, the experiences in your life are a reflection of your inner world. Focus more on loving yourself as a whole and watch what you attract.
