It's Time To Be Honest With Yourself

What emotions are truly present within you? Beneath the layers of anger, beneath the surface of rage, beneath the numbness. Are you perhaps feeling afraid? Hurt? Abandoned? Dare to dive deeper into your innermost self and explore your emotions with honesty and openness. The path to inner peace and joy lies in vulnerability, in allowing yourself to be soft and gentle, and in being truthful with yourself. It's okay to let go of your need to always appear strong and brave. You don't have to constantly walk away with your head held high, forcing yourself to show your ability to handle any situation. It's okay to feel anger and rage, and even to go numb at times. But then, take a risk and go even further. Dive way down deep inside yourself. Take a good look at what lies within. Allow yourself to be vulnerable.
