Allowing yourself to have an intimate connection with someone, or even with your Higher Source, is something we need in our lives. Many seem to think intimacy is just a physical desire. It is actually a mind, body and soul connection. Think of when you have an unconditional love for someone, is it based on physicality? This is what intimacy is.
Reflect on how you feel when you have this connection with someone. How do you think if them? What are your emotions? How do you act with them? These are all expressions of intimacy. It comes from a heart connection with another soul. When you speak of them, you are speaking from a space of truth. Feel your energy elevate when you express yourself.
This is intimacy...this is a heart connection.
