All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs that they have paid in the initial order, including international orders.
ALL sale items are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned for exchange or refund. Once placed, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
All claims should be reported to Evolve Within within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
No merchandise will be accepted for exchange without prior authorization.
Eligible products may be returned for an exchange, less shipping fees, taxes and restocking fees.
Items returned must be in their original box or packaging and in the condition you received them (no sticker, price tag, or any kind of modification).
Used/Opened items cannot be returned.
Upon receiving returned items, exchange will be processed after inspection has met the above mentioned conditions.

Upon receiving the above mentioned information, it will be reviewed and arrangements will be made.
In the case where losses involve damaged or missing product, please contact the carrier for instructions to filling a claim.
Unless the return is a direct result of Evolve Within's error, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable taxes may be charged.
International Order Returns
All international sales are final and cannot be returned and/or refunded. If tracking is not purchased, Evolve Within is not responsible or liable for lost/stolen purchases.
