Our thoughts and heart are so powerful. When you are faced with a challenging situation, where is your perception coming from? Is it coming from Ego or Love? When you think about the experiences you've been through in your life, are there more positive or negative? Do you find yourself putting on a "positivity" mask? We tend to see all this talk about "be more positive", "positive vibes only". Have we forgotten that we are living in a human experience. We are to be feeling emotions of all kinds, positive and negative. Pay attention to The Details

Do you go about your day with routine? Same thing, same way, everyday? Have you ever went about your day with the awareness of your thoughts, chosen words, and your actions? Everything holds a vibrational energy. Everything we do has an intention behind it, whether we are aware of it or not. Majority of us don't even understand the power that intentions truly have on our daily lives. Majority of us talk about personal growth and think it’s all mental/emotional. That seems to be the focus when it comes to healing. But have you ever considered the importance of physical growth? I’m not talking about the “let’s go to the gym and bulk up type.” I’m talking about overall physical health. It’s about being aware of the foods and drinks we consume on a daily basis. How far do you plan for yourself?

We tend to have moments throughout our journey where we set goals for ourselves. But do you set a plan into achieving them? How far do you plan? Goal setting, ideally, is about having a goal and figuring out what steps you will need to put into action. Allow me to express my perception on how I set goals for myself. Mind you I tend to plan daily goals more than long term goals. Time for Meditation

When it comes to meditation, there could be so many guidelines that people may say you need to perform. This can totally turn you off from even wanting to try.  Don’t stress over the process. Make it simple. For me, it’s all about focusing on the breath. Your mind will wonder. You may lose focus. That’s okay. Acknowledge that your mind chatter is there, and when you do, just refocus to the breath. Breathe in through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. Anything else you like to add, do it.
