Faith has such an important role in our lives. I would have never thought so. I would go about my life without even the awareness of what I was doing half the time.  When I started to understand the importance of faith, I started to become aware of how I perceived experiences in my life. We seem to want to heal from past wounds, yet we continue to relive it by talking and thinking about it. If you truly want to heal from past painful experiences, talk about what you learned and healed from it.  If the experience caused you so much pain, why do you continue to drag that painful energy back into this moment.
