Your Perception


How you perceive your outside world will reflect how you see yourself. The same goes towards how you perceive yourself is how you view your outside world. 

Our thoughts, emotions and behaviours are all connected. Majority of us aren’t even aware that we are connecting all three in our daily lives. In order to change old patterns/beliefs, we need to become aware of the three connections. By changing one aspect, we are capable of changing the others. 

So reflect on your perception of your inner/outer world. Is it coming from toxic or healthy patterns/beliefs.
