Breaking Point


When trying to avoid something in your life, you will go about any possible way to avoid it. Whether it be an emotion, a situation, or even a person. What you aren’t realizing is that this avoidance may cause a buildup of emotional stress, mindfully. 

Sooner or later, you may hit your breaking point. Some refer to this as a breakdown. When this happens, your fears, denial and what you have resister will surface, slapping you in the face. You will be faced with truth that you didn’t want to admit to yourself. This is the purpose. 

No more excuses. No more resistance. In this moment there is nothing standing between you and the fears outcome. You have to deal with it. Time to face your truth. 

Like they say “Your truth will set you free”.
